I saw a star up in the sky
She winked at me to say Hi
I see you there, I see you’re scared
You’re feeling lost and don’t belong.
I see you as very strong
That pain is in the past
There’s purpose dear so no need to feel fear
This difficult time won’t last.
Inhaling deep breaths of loving light
Exhale breath you will feel bright.
Embrace the knowledge we are all one
Magical beings underneath the sun.
Each as worthy as another
We are sisters. We are brothers.
The birds that fly
The clear blue sky
The starry night.
You will be alright.
